ITF DG, SIR JOSEPH ARI HAIL FOR DONATING 30 SOLAR STREET LIGHTS (165WATZ) IN QUA’AN-PAN COMMUNITIES OF PLATEAU STATE.
The joy of some communities in Qua’an-Pan LGA of Plateau State of having lights in their localities knew no bounds after the recently donated solar lights were installed in their localities.
It will be recalled that following appeals by the people of Kwande and Namu districts to prominent sons and daughters of the area to come to their aid with provision of light and other facilities, the Director General, DG, of ITF Sir Joseph N. Ari, last week surprised his immediate constituents with 30 sets of 165WATZ Solar Street lights.
The materials which were received by the Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Qua’an-Pan LGA, Alhaji Isa Musa have been installed in Kurgwi, Namu, Kwande, Barkin Ciyawa and Turniang.
Following the commencement of the installations, the people of the benefiting communities have showered encomiums on Sir Joseph Ari and prayed to God to bless him.
Alhaji Isa praised the DG and called on others to emulate Sir Ari, adding that their contributions will further enhance the development and security architecture of the areas, the provision of the solar lights will go a long way to check the issue of insecurity as criminals operate mostly at night time.
The APC chairman informed that the 30 sets of light were installed at strategic areas of the benefiting villages, adding that additional donations if received would be spread to other areas.
The chairman, who described Sir Joseph Sri as a pacesetter, noted and thanked the DG for coming to the Party’s aid with printers, which he said facilitated the ongoing APC revalidation and register exercise in all the 11 Federal Electoral Wards of Qua’an-Pan LGA.
“We remain ever grateful to Sir Joseph Ari and prayed that God will crown his efforts with more blessings and successes”, Alhaji Isa said and described the DG as God sent.
