Final year Students of Plateau state University, Bokkos have been challenge to think of been an Employer an not Employee to someone.

The youth Enterprise With Innovation in Nigeria (YOUWIN) make this call to the entire 400 level Students of the institution during a One day Lecture on Enterprise Education Training organized by YOUWIN at the 600 lecture theater of the University.

Guest Speaker of the Event Mr. YAkubu Malgwi while on the his Presentation explain to students the high level of Unemployment in the Country, and make a call to them to start thinking of Business the will venture into upon graduation which according to him is more lucrative and brings more money .

He said :.

“Do you know how much graduate are been Paid in the Government ministry, it’s around 75,000 Thousand Naira except for NNPC and others which is highly competitive. And then the Man doing Tea which many laugh and thought they are getting nothing makes atleast five(5) thousand Naira daily when multiple by 30 days it’s give us 150,000 thousand Naira that double of a graduate payment so which one is better.”

Mr. YAkubu also further call on Students not to think of waiting for Government Job which is not there anymore, but rather, think of starting one for their self so that the can employ others in the nearest future.

While taking about some successful enterprenuers and how the started Mr YAkubu challenge Students to sell their Smart phone to invest the money in a busines saying the need to differentiate between their need and want.

While in a welcoming speech the Director to Enterprenuership Center of the Institution Dr. Nanteer Yonla appreciate the effort of YOUWIN for giving their time to enlighten their students, He also call on Students to use the lecture effectively to change their Midset towards Enterprenuership.

The event had large turn out of Final year students, Members or YOUWIN, Staff from Enterprenuership Center and some lecturers.

Highlight of the Event were lecture Presentation, questions and answers session, and also the Presentation of free 500 copies of book title. “Successful Nigerian Enterprenuers: How the Started” to the students.
