We Shall complete projects we started before leaving office 2023- Gov Lalong

Plateau state Governor Simon Lalong on Saturday said his adminstration is determined to complete legacy projects he started .

Lalong made this known while speaking at a parley with newsmen in Jos .

The Gov stressed that he will complete all his legacy projects across the 17 LGA before leaving office in 2023.

He said:

“If we can complete projects we inherited then we would ensure we complete the ones we started .”

“We want to complete the projects during our tenure to avoid the problem of abandoned projects.”

“ If we don’t complete it it will become waste while the people continue to suffer,” he said.

Our Reporters reports that the ongoing construction works at the Lalong legacy projects are scattered all over the 17 local government of the state .

Lalong further said that his adminstration is seeking ways to ensure that the terminus market is rebuilt .

He also expressed his determination to sanction any erring contractor .

Lalong further said that Construction work would commence at the Plateau state Secretariat of the State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) from next week .
