Pharm. Samuel Gyang Commends Governor Mutfwang’s Great Achievements In His One Year In Office
Pharmacist Samuel Gyang Ishaya commends governor Mutfwang’s achievements in the areas of security, road construction, development, empowerment, human capital development, economic development, transport sector e-governance, and open door policies etc.
Pharm. Gyang Samuel Ishaya a PDP strong member who believes in the ideologies of peoples democratic party (PDP) and a strong supporter of Dara Sen. Dr Jonah David Jang, and Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang and a stakeholder of PDP in Tudun Wada has commended governor Caleb Mutfwang’s achievements in his one year in office as the executive governor of plateau state. According to him under Mutfwang the state has witnessed remarkable strides in all sectors traversing the appointments of qualified and eligible employees into positions, staff promotions, conversions, training and retraining tailored towards migration to E-Governance as well as prompt payment of salary and the liquidation of inherited bag logs owed employees this and more are what gov. Mutfwang achieved in one year.

Gyang Samuel Ishaya is from tudun wada a one time house of assembly aspirant contested for house of assembly for Jos NorthWest he is a resident of Tudun wada, a political stakeholder of people’s democratic party (PDP) in Tudun wada axis. He appreciates Sen. Simon Mwadkon Baba Joe Danladi who are his political mentors and are his father both in politics and mentorship because they are his guide and have impacted so much in his life “whereby if there are challenges politically, he usually get some advice from them, he also appreciate hon. Simi Dusu, and his big brother Danjuma Azi former member of Jos Northwest and Hajia Jamila Gandu.
He appreciates governor Mutfwang for the appointments of Hon Baba Joe Danladi hon. Danjuma Azi as the Liaison officer of Jos North and also former member Esther Simi Dusu, as special advisor to the governor.
Pharm. Samuel disclose this in an interview and interaction with journalists in Jos at his residence.

Plateau state especially tudun wada kabong has never have it this big in politics and developments as it is now Pharm. Samuel. Tudun wada saban gari mado kabong road has been abandoned for the past 7 years of the last administration of Simon Lalong but this governor coming on board immediately commence work on the road as he promised during campaign if voted for he will complete the road and do other developmental project in tudun wada and that he has done. And his appointment touched every area of the ward. And speaking about the working synergy with the commissioner of lands and survey and town planning hon. Barr. Peter Gyei . Pharm. Samuel said he believed that with the synergies going on between the government and the grassroots through their commissioners things are going on well.
He also call on the governor to look into the Jenta adamu road and Jenta mangro road which the last administration promised to construct, according to report Lalong has promised Arch Bishop Ignatius Kaigama during the launching of the Catholic Cathedral at Jenta mangro that the road will be done immediately since then nothing has been done the people there are finding it very difficult mostly during raining season, as a stakeholder he use this opportunity to draw the attention of the governor and the ministry of Urban development to look in to it.
Pharm. Samuel also spoke about the water challenges being faced in Tudun wada and call for the need for government intervention just like they did in Lantang south and the ministry of water Resources and Energy to also look at a possible water intervention like it has been in other part of the state to cushion and reduce the water problem being face in Tudun wada and Jenta Adamu, he further suggest if an additional reservoirs will be provided like the one inside mado tourism it will really help.
Pharm. Samuel while commending the governor ‘Highlighted some key areas that the governor has really touched the lives of the citizens such as the distribution of fertilizers, foodstuffs, pallatives, provision of new buses and the locomotive train, he also wants to draw the attention of the governor to mado tourism for an immediate attention as the place has become a hideouts for criminals and hoodlums who are terrorizing the entire area mostly those residents who are close to mado tourism, according to phar. Samuel the whole idea of mado tourism is to attract more tourists to the state mostly with the Jos wildlife park, “Government over the years have neglected it but is a great potential to the state if given attention and completed it will generate more revenue to the state but as is being neglected it pois a great danger to the the community.
He also commend governor Mutfwang for the distribution of fertilizers to farmers and food items to IDP’s and less privileges and for empowering the citizens through various interventions, and speaking in the areas of security pharm. Samuel applaud the governor’s efforts and swift response in addressing the security challenges in the state, the governor has assured farmers to go back to the farm as adequate preparation and arrangements are being made to secure farmers and their farms during farming season, He said the synergy between the governor and the security agencies is very appt and has brought back the confident of the citizens mostly the farmers who are about to go back to the farm, the governor’s timely intervention has brought in the present of so many security chiefs in the state all aimed at tackling the security challenges bedeviling the state which was neglected by the immediate past administration of Simon Bako Lalong.
And speaking about investment pharm. Samuel said the governor has engaged foreign partners and investors to come and invest in the state because plateau has so much when it comes to agriculture tourism and mineral resources and very good weather and the atmosphere is very conducive which is a laudable achievement and has started yielding results, according to him the governor’s developmental stride is quite commendable and is impressive in his one year in office. He congratulate the governor and his cabinet because plateau state have seen a great and marvelous changes within a short period of time. Because one year is like eight years compared to the last administration of Lalong because of the development and rapid change in the state that Mutfwang has been able to achieve.
Pharm. Samuel also commend the governor in the area transport where the transport sector was revamped by the procurement of 20 new sienna buses fully air-conditioned for plateau express service and 15 Metro buses and the locomotive train. He said with the current improvement in the transportation sector the citizens are now enjoying very low and affordable rate and it has cushion the hardship recently face in the transport sector. And the Metro buses has also brought back the old memories of the tin city buses.
Speaking on the health sector Pharm. Samuel said plateau state have never gotten it this good with Plateau State Drugs and Medical Commodities Management Agency drugs are always available in government hospitals at all time because the governor make sure drugs are well stocked and the primary health care have experience person’s and the health sector through the commissioner of health has been very outstanding.
Speaking about child trafficking which plateau state is leading Pharm. Samuel said the wife of the governor and the ministry of women affairs and social development has been doing very well so many interceptions have been made as Barr. Helen Mutfwang wife of the governor and the first lady have declared war on violence against women, children and child trafficking and the campaign has really yielded results and the ministry of women affairs with the support of the office of the first lady has really been very active and has prosecuted so many offenders and have rescued so many plateau children outside the state and are being rehabilitated and taking care of.
