HON. ZIPHION ATTENDS PLATEAU SOCIAL MEDIA AWARDS, DONATES FIFTY THOUSAND NAIRA CASH TO MISS ULAN SAMSON WHO GOT NINE DISTINCTIONS IN WAEC, 2020
The Plateau Social Media Awards, aims at rewarding and recognising Plateau sons and daughters, who have used the social media space, to harness and shape opinions for good.
The 2021 edition of the Awards, had in attendance many Plateau worthy sons and daughters; amongst them was a passionate son of Plateau, a youth, promoter of education and youth engagement in leadership cum governance, Hon. Ziphion Chrysanthus Terkop.
As one who has lived his life believing that education is a key component of positive societal change, Hon. Ziphion donated the sum of fifty thousand naira cash to Miss Ulan Samson, a Plateau young lady from Bokkos Local Government, who scored nine distinctions (9 As) in her WAEC in the year 2020.
From the depth of my heart, I must say this young lady deserves our applause. I love seeing young and vibrant Plateau sons and daughters excelling in their academics. Therefore, I am supporting you with a token of 50,000 naira cash. I am sincerely wishing you unending greatness as you continue to soldier on, victoriously in your higher levels of studies, Hon. Ziphion said.
I equally believe, that this young lady’s performance will spur and inspire more Plateau young and bright sons and daughters, to pick up the challenge and continue to make Plateau, our dearest state proud, Ziphion concluded.
