Chief Isaac Kyale Kwallu (IKK): The architect of modern Quaan Pan.
Chief Isaac Kyale Kwalu was an icon of development to the core. As a vibrant youth and administrator, he has been able to justified the confidence reposed in him by his people.
He met Quaan pan LGA well not up to his satisfaction, within the shortest period, the handwriting is boldly written on the wall that he has what it takes to become a leader and people’s representative.
He has proof beyond all doubt that Quaan pan have the capability to become more than its current situations.
His actions and leadership styles are a reflection of the courage and unselfishness that we have come to recognized in him which are the unique and required qualities of a good leader.
This is a significant accomplishment that undoubtedly required the dedication and cooperation of the people of Quaan pan and the country at large.
Many things spurred me to come up with this acknowledgement. Categorically I wasn’t part of any of his cabinet. But the man IKK have proof that good people and leaders who have placed humanity as their first priority still exist.
Whatever thing your hand find doing, do it to the best of your knowledge. IKK have proven to be an architect of modern Quaan pan local government judging and attesting from developmental evidence on ground.
